Benefits:
After completion of the employee’s probationary period they become eligible for the following Company paid benefits:
Holiday Pay
Holiday pay is accrued based on hours worked and paid to eligible employees. Approved Holidays are:
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
Vacation
Vacation pay is accrued based on hours worked and paid to eligible employees.
After the completion of the first employment year, eligible employees are provided with one (1) week of vacation.
After the employee has completed their third year of employment eligible employees are provided with two (2) weeks of vacation.
Personal Time
Personal Time pay is accrued based on hours worked and paid to eligible employees. Employees earn and can use up to three (3) personal days per employment year.
Insurance
Eligibility: After the 90 day probation period, all full-time employees (30 hours or more average per week) are eligible to participate in the Companies supplemental insurance programs. The various programs that are available are noted below:

AFLAC Hospital/Sickness Plan – Limited reimbursement plan through AFLAC which provides medical, hospital and other benefits. There is no cost to the employee for this or the following plans.

AFLAC Accident Policy – Pays set amounts based upon injury.

Life Insurance Policy – Pays $10,000.00 death benefit.

Prescription, Vision and Hearing Aid Discount Card
The following policies are also available at a nominal cost to the employee:

Dental policy – DHMO and PPO plans are available with varying costs and benefits structures.

Additional life insurance.

Disability policy – Pays short term (up to 3 months) based on a percentage of your salary, up to a set monthly maximum.

Prescription Drug Benefit Card.
Continuing Education
RAMS/RPG encourages employees entering a skilled trade in the construction field to attend a registered four-year apprenticeship program. Sponsorship into apprenticeship programs is a company benefit. Employees must be beyond the ninety (90) day probationary period to be eligible. JumpStart participants are eligible for sponsorship into apprenticeship programs upon successful completion of the JumpStart pre-apprenticeship program.
RAMS/RPG will advance the qualified employee the cost of tuition into a registered, four-year apprenticeship program. RAMS/RPG will pay up to $325.00 per year of that tuition for years one (1) through four (4). The employee is responsible for costs, if any, above $325.00 per year. These funds will be reimbursed to RAMS/RPG via a $20.00 per week payroll deduction until paid in full.
